Slow computer?

You turn on the computer, make coffee, and the computer does nothing? Yeah, that can happen, mostly if there's something wrong with the peripherals or the operating system. With the operating system, it can be solved. If you're using Windows, it's not the easiest or the best operating system for a slow PC. Fortunately, there are several times lighter operating systems. These include Linux. Linux has several hundred distributions. Linux is also a constantly patched system. Plus, on Linux, you're the least likely to catch a virus. The point is, everyone knows Windows. Not many people know Linux. But the biggest difference is that several times more people use Windows. You can easily use Linux at the same time as Windows. Just use Unetbootin. With it, you can choose your Linux and install it directly on a flash drive or even directly on a hard drive. Unetbootin is compatible with a Mac. However, sometimes Windows may not agree with Linux. For example, if you install Linux directly on a hard drive, there are sometimes problems with disk volumes… I suggest installing on a hard drive because old computers are the ones that are slow. And old computers usually can't boot from a flash drive. Definitely consider Linux, it's worth it. I once installed Linux Lubuntu on a Toshiba Satalite L30 or L40 computer. And since it's been redesigned, it has less than 1GB of RAM and an Intel Celeron processor. Yes, if you did a little searching on the Internet, you'll find that Toshiba had Windows Vista as its default. This operating system immediately flew away from the hard drive with the product number. So now it's on Windows 7 (NA 1GB RAM!) with Linux Lubuntu. Sometimes I get stuck with Linux, and it doesn't care about anything at all… Fortunately, after the reboot, everything (except the unsaved data) is fine.
